| My aunt bought all her son's bedroom furniture (desk, wardrobe, bed & bedside table) from there in the summer. Its ok & functional - bit bland but otherwise fine. It was in the sale so cheap too. |

TBH Amier, you're better off getting the stuff from Ikea in spain. We borrowed a van ffrom a friend in Maroc, got the wikala and green papers for about 700DH and drove over to the costa del sol - there's one in Malag. Kitea look so cheap, and I believe it's all made in China.
Honestly, we brought all the bedroom furniture and fitted kitchen for a fraction of the price. Because it's all flat-packed, the Deoune don't really know what's inside and you can slip them about 500DH and they're fine.
Replying to you electronics topic - I agree with the rest. Marjane is the best place. It's blummin pricey! but the cheapest you'll find. I nearly had a heart attack when we paid 20000DH for a fridge freezer, but they do have offers on at times. |

Pity we don't have yet decent furniture stores in the bled. If one opens, it will be a huge success and make a lot of money! |

if you cross from Tarifa to Tangier there is an Ikea 5 mins from the port. I saw it this summer crossing back from Morocco and thought oooh thats handy to know!
Thing is you cant cross from Tarifa in the summer with a car but its still only a 15 minute drive to algeciras anyways! |

Salams Amier, sorry for the late reply.
If you've ever driven over to Maroc you'll know that you need the green insurance documents... Warqa khadra for the port offficials... and the Wikala is from the person allowing you to borrow their van, saying that you have the right to cross over to spain in it. You can get it done at any Lawyers office, but make sure you get it Legalised (legalisation) you know the moroccan stamps of varying values.
At the port we didn't have that much hasstle from the deoune, as most of it was flat packed. We ended up paying about DH1500. |

Went over to Morocco earlier this year, Kitea quality looks like old MFI junk... Ikea is very decent in terms of quality, Kitea furniture seems to be cheap Chinese rubbish!
As result my place is still unfurnished...
Should I kit the place out in traditional style? or go for a modern European look including leather sofas? |

Leather sofas? Yuk.. In summer you stick to them, in winter it's too cold even to touch nevermind to sit on it. Had two before - got rid of it - got nice sedaris instead . Go for traditional |
