Wled hram Iberia & BA!!!!!

One of my suitcases went missing when I arrived from Morocco a few days ago, it was found and was returned to me today via heathrow airport baggage delivery service.

When I opened my suitcase which has a lock already in it, to my horror I found all my clothes were in a complete mess not like I folded them when I packed and I found around 6 pieces of expensive items of clothing missing along with with 2 half filled aftershave bottles Laughing

wled haram!! Mad

Who would do this? Customs? the people in Spain?
The locks on my suitcase are in tact like they have never been touched...but they have the tools to get in that I know!!

This has never happened to me before and I can't believe who would steal used clothing from peoples suitcases! Confused

Has this ever happened to anyone before?

I would report that right away. I believe you have something like up to £100 compensation per bag depending on how you paid etc... Don't let idiots get away with that. sadly BA had over a million suitcases laying around the last time they had a strike.

Wlad lahram do that all the time. check this forum for more experiences

Once a guy went to the British Airways counter, for flight BA123, from Bengalooru to Heathrow.
He went to the check in counter, placed 3 bags on the weighing scale and said "Miss, please send this bag to Beijing, this one to Melbourne and that one to New Delhi"

Confused, the check in lady took a few seconds to digest that, stared at his ticket and said "We can't do that sir, you're flying to Heathrow!!"

Never put you rexpensive items in a bag and if you have them always report it to the booking so they can make a note of it.
(I never locked mine because there is no point.

yeah it happen to me . i got good money outof it from iberia office in morocco. do as TT says. claim...........

Thanks guys for your advice. I will see what I can get from them but since I did not have any travel insurance it's not looking good plus whatever they give you cannot replace what you have lost! Mad

Since my suitcase went missing on a BA flight I will have to deal with them so I aint holding my breath lol... Laughing

Well since I had no reciepts for the items that were stolen they have only given me half of what I said the items were worth, so all in all better than nothing I guess... Neutral

NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRAVEL with these fools! at least with RAM my clothes never went missing and if they did they always came back in tact!

My blood is still boiling at the thought they stole my used clothes from my suitcase!!!! Twisted Evil
