Any ideas???? I think you mentioned that you were planning on building one? Did you ever do it or get prices?

She finished it, i have seen the pictures... looks great!!

yes im still around just rarely these days sadly! Confused

yeah we finished the pool last year, its really hard to give you a price as it depends on size, materials, labour and that all differs greatly!

to give you an idea though, the size of our pool is quite big! 13M x 7M we also added a cave with a slide and water feature, the pool isnt typically tiled, its what's called a 'rock pool'

the price included all the paved area around pool with a sun patio for sunbathing, all pool lighting, pumps, filters, ladder, etc etc!
a grand sum of £25.000.

we still have some ramla the beneya used sitting around somewhere, i will create a little area for you so you can tramel shwiya, walayni when you want to swim or come into the house the kids will hose you down with a tiyo. will that be ok? Laughing

Im impressed.. thats what I am thinking of also, a funny shaped pool rather than a rectanglar one. 25k is a bit pricey for morocco isnt it? Im ure you done your research what the typical going price for a pool? I set aside 15k for the pool, I guess I will need more Laughing

What about a Jacuzzi and Sauna? is your villa equipped with that also?

no jacuzzi or sauna! we ran out of money Laughing

yes it is pricey but thats the going rate mate! like i said its a big pool and it included everything you could see in the pics work wise and materials, plus 2 rooms underground housing the engine room and filtration system.

it started off being quoted at £15.000!!!!

you have to shop around and i guess go with what suits your pocket, we pushed the boat out with the pool!
