akhi, would it be possible to make a program, like to give ourselves 10days for 10 ayaats, so that we're organised? To be honest, out of reading this sourate I know most of it by now al hamdouliLLAH, but sometimes when forgetting one word, I forget a WHOLE aya Confused

so I need to learn aya by aya insha'Allah

I suggest that people revise by reading and listening to a recitation at the same time, it helps me a tad seriouly; here is a link where you can listen to different Qiraats, I chose Al Mou3aqli, but there are many more masha'Allah

to be honest I didn't really 7fad lately, I'm still on verse 14, because I kind of "block" when forgetting one word, I forget the whole paragraph while I know it :/ I need to focus a lot on the first word of each aya insha'Allah

do you have any tips akhi on how to learn and memorize?

Masan please try this:

1. Ikhlaas - (Sincerity): So worship Allaah, making the Deen sincerely for Him. Is it not to Allaah that sincere worship is due? [Zumar 39:2-3]
2.Pronunciation and Recitation: This does not occur except by listening to a good reciter or a precise memorizer of the Quran.
3. A Daily Limit for Memorization
4. Not Surpassing your Limit.
5. Using the Same Copy of the Quran
6. Understanding is the Way to Memorizing
7. Only move on when recitation flow's.
8. Reciting to Others.
9. Constantly Returning to what one has Memorized
10. Being Aware of the Resembling Parts of the Quran
11. Find your Preferred Places and time For Memorization of the Quran.
12. your mind should be clear and at ease.
13.Repeatedly listen(favourite reciter) to 1 segment or more a day for 10-20 times, and that will definately help you remember it better.

Repeat one ayah 20 times then go to the next one, repeat it 20 times. Repeat the two ayas 20 times and so on.
May Allah help us all.
